Elite Exposure Scouting Service, provides a platform to train, enhance and display the skills of youth playing basketball to College Coaches and Scouts. Players who have participated in our events have gone on to play in every major NCAA, NAIA and other college sports divisions. Many have had the opportunity to play in professional Leagues in the U.S. and abroad. Including the Euro League, the NBA G League, and the NBA. 

Our Founder, Coach Gerroid Doughty has been coaching youths for over 20 years.

He's coached Baseball, Football, Cheerleading (yes cheerleadering) & Basketball.

He was Special Assistant Coach at Body of Christ Christian Academy, 

He was the first African American Head Coach at Neuse Christian Academy.

Where he coached the boy's Junior Varsity Basketball team to win 70% of their games, over his years there.

He is Head Coach of the Boys Middle School B Team (Knights Alive) at North Raleigh Christian Academy 

In his first season there they posted a 16-0 record in confrence play 16-3 overall.

The team's Avg margin of victory was 22.5 ppg & Avg margin of defeat was 8.5 ppg. 

He's a NFHSS & NCAA Certified Coach & Scout working with

Camp Elite Sports, Fastbreak Scouting & Phenom Hoop Report.

 Over his years coaching he's also helped dozens players

get D1, D2, D3, NAIA, & Junior College (JUCO) Basketball scholarships.
